Neon - a different and very challenging theme - judged by our own Bill Petscavage. Images showed lots of creativity, not restricted to just neon signs or lights but neon colors in general. Many used the rule allowing use of a single color in Black & White images. Care was needed to make sure the whites from bright lights were not blown out. And of course remove distractions including busy backgrounds and crop appropriately to draw the viewer's eye in.
