Panama (3/12/26)

Phil & Becky Witt took us on a journey around Panama.  While showcasing the country and their beautiful photography, they gave many tips about putting together a travelogue presentation.  Remember not everything needs to be competition quality.  Cell phones are very useful for taking good pictures without getting out your more extensive equipment.  You may be focused on wildlife, but viewers enjoy seeing a more complete story.  Include images that set the scene such as a map or signage.  If possible, cover history, culture, people, cityscapes, local markets or other subjects unique to the area like the Panama Canal. Then show the dazzling images of wildlife and birds!  By taking a photography tour focused on wildlife, you will be able to capture more than the average person sees.  They may even place a subject on a leaf for that perfect shot, before of course returning the specimen to the wild.
