ANNOUNCEMENTS

CONGRATULATIONS

Congratulations to Barbara Eggermann and Ginny Santora. Both of them have had their entries accepted into the 2008 Grounds For Sculpture "Focus On Sculpture" competition and exhibit. There were only 26 entries accepted out of 145 submittals. This competition is an annual favorite for RPS members. The competition is fierce but we always manage to have a few of our members works make it to the show.

This years show runs from January 12 - April 27, 2008 at The Grounds For Sculpture, 18 Fairgrounds Road, Hamilton, NJ.

Marion Wendt has been an active member of R.P.S. for seven years. Currently she is active in the Salon Group print competitions. Nature photography and Macro photography are her special passions and she invites you to visit her web site and share those images that depict her work.

GINNY SANTORA

Ginny has been a member of RPS for many years and has held the position of Program Chairperson for thirteen years. She majored in Geoscience, with a minor in Art from Jersey City State College (aka New Jersey City University) and also trained at the New York Institute of Photography. Her credits include 1st place in the Turtleback Zoo photo contest, publication in a Central New Jersey business publication and her work was featured on Arizona Highways’ Friends of Arizona Highways Web site. After 20+ years in corporate telecommunications, Ginny decided to join the ranks of professional photographers, concentrating in landscape and nature fine art photography and licensing of her images for stock photos. She is available for assignment work and nautical portraiture. Ginny is also a member of the North American Nature Photography Association (NANPA).
